Services Available
Tapestry Health offers comprehensive services, including sexual & reproductive health: birth control, STI testing, abortion care, gender-affirming care), harm reduction (naloxone, syringe services, drug checking), and WIC/family nutrition (food benefits, breastfeeding support).
Get Care
With multiple locations across Western Massachusetts, including multiple clinic sites with mobile health services that travel throughout the region, telehealth appointments for convenient virtual care, and walk-in services for select services.
No Barriers
We offer sliding scale fees based on your ability to pay, accept most insurance, including MassHealth, provide services regardless of immigration status, and offer translation services in Spanish and 100+ other languages to ensure accessible healthcare for all.
